Hiking with folks from my church, ECC HK.
Decisions decisions.
Here. No, here.
What a view. Think about those property prices…
Are we lost?
Nope – we know where we are.
Here we go.
Can’t go wrong from here.

Went on a boat trip from Sai Kung to an outlying island.
The famous Chung Kee Noodles in an alleyway.
Checked out various boat trips on offer.
Looked at the fresh seafood for sale.
An old lady approached us and quoted $250 for a trip and off we went.
It’s a salt mine village.
There were many abandoned village houses.
Then we saw this.
Beautiful.
There’s a history here waiting to be figured out.
Nice little courtyard.
What joy!
Kids everywhere are the same.
Here kitty kitty.
Just for contrast here.
There’re busy scenes.
People are at work.
You could find quiet moments as well.
Sharing time together.
Alone together.
Or simply by yourself.
You could frame and reframe a moment.
Until you disappear and everything is just right.
There’re so many scenes to linger over.
There’re quiet moments.
Time for ourselves.
Time to think.
A colourful moment.
Crafting time.
Things get moved around a lot here.
No kidding.
Just a few more shots reminding me that everyday life is fascinating.
Things on offer.
Yummy cuttlefish!
Every day is work.
But if you find companionship then all is beautiful.
We all move from place to place.
We figure it out as we go along.
It’s all work in progress.
Was visiting Cheung Chau island and I was fascinated by those small motor trucks.
So I spent quite a bit of time trying to snap pictures of those passing trucks.
Not every photo is perfect.
But I think the slightly haphazard compositions convey speed.
The drivers don’t seem to mind.
Most of the time they saw me and then looked away.
They’re probably used to tourists and daytrippers.
